Founder & CEO
As Founder of Rural Home Development LLC, Chance leads the mission of delivering affordable, high-quality housing in Florida’s rural communities. Since 2019, he has directed land acquisition, construction, and community development, launching successful projects that create long-term value for homeowners and investors. Earlier experience in commercial real estate, title insurance, sales, and law enforcement sharpened his discipline and client focus. A licensed pilot and race car driver, he brings resilience, service, and accountability to every endeavor. Chance believes that manufactured homes are the future of affordable housing bringing back the American dream.
Duccio Innocenti
Marketing Director
Duccio brings creativity, strategy, and leadership to Rural Home Development. Originally from Florence, Italy, he began his career in the arts, contributing to international projects showcased at institutions such as MoMA, The Met, and the Louvre. His experience managing teams and solving complex challenges shaped his ability to lead large-scale initiatives with precision and vision. Today, Duccio applies this foundation to marketing and brand strategy, fostering strong partnerships and community connections. His ability to unite diverse talents makes him essential to advancing Rural Home Development’s mission.
